Nitrox (Enriched Air) Certification
Nitrox has less nitrogen in it than air, so breathing it while diving will
enable you to extend your bottom time in normal depths. However, it will not enable
you to dive deeper, a common misconception. Feeling more energized than you
normally would
after diving is also an added side benefit due to breathing a higher partial
pressure of Oxygen.
Course Overview
This is a one day course including classroom in the morning
learning Nitrox theory, and then 2 dives in the afternoon breathing Enriched
Air.
Students
must have a minimum certification of Open Water Diver and be at least 15 years
of age.
Cost
$225 ALL-INCLUSIVE.
$175 if taken as an add-on to our PADI Advanced Open Water Course.
